A video I made showing the 10 Best Free iPad Apps for Kids and Toddlers. Many of these apps are educational, and very easy for kids or toddlers to use. This is my opinion on what are the best free ipad apps for children of her age. Uploaded in HD, Many of these apps are very simple to use, and require simple dexterity. I encourage you to at least check these apps out, as they are free, so there isn't any money lost if you or your child don't approve.
