This is just a quick look at the stuff and development settings you can use with your Xbox One's dev kit. As I said in the video this isn't free to do, you need to pay for personal use of the dev kit. Things are looking pretty cool for Microsoft and their dev kits for Xbox One owners. I also mentioned in the video that this is still a BETA of the dev kits. This is basically a first look on what Microsoft has planned for dev kits, so a lot will change in the future.
