I have played with the controller it does vibrate.

I get my hands on the X91 Retro Xbox One controller made by Hyperkin. This what Hyperkin calls a 90's style controller, and definitely resembles some of our favorite 2d era gaming controllers seen from the SNES and Sega Genesis. My first impressions were positive but can this be recommended to people who just want a plain good controller?
