I literally spent over 2h going through all the adware filled, fake, absolutely disgusing stuff that articles clain are legitimate "iOS emulators" and I can say with confidence that at this moment there are no actualy Emulators for the iOS operating system.

If you ever find an actual emulator that simulates an actual apple iOS used in iPhones and iPads on PC, please let me know.

The best I could find is a development tool that gave you the possibility to emulate one single app, without operating system and was paid. (emulator, rooting, jailbrake)
