PS4 Switches off by itself 20160116 leave a reply Dear Sony, after buying a PS4 for the kids for christmas, it lasted 5 days before I had to send it back to you (not such a fun christmas for the kids anymore as they were so eager to play). You did not believe us when we told you it was switching off by itself. You supposedly had a look at it and said everything was ok and sent it back to us (implying that we were crazy). Well since you think we are lying (for whatever reason) please see a video of the PS4 switching off by itself with attemps to revive it. Since we have it on video are we still crazy? The only way to re-start it is to unplug it for at least 10 seconds. Even then it does not last long after that. I wish you realized how much damage you are doing to the SONY brand by producing sub-standard products and pretending that the consumers are a bunch of liers. It is time for SONY to finally provide some customer support. How many bloody times are we going to have to send this PS4 back and forth between our home and your ofiice?! Simply unacceptable.
