to get the code :

try to register your ps4 by going to settings, then Remote play connection settings, then you should get a code, so then go on your laptop enter the code on your laptop and it should start connecting. That's what I had to do to get it working for me. So pretty much as soon as you open the remote play connection settings a code should pop up and you should take that code and insert it on to your pc/laptop
