These are the best upcoming 2d mmorpgs on PC coming late 2014 to 2015. The first two games are korean, and the last one is made in the east side of the map, meaning Duelyst will most likely be released over here first.

I looked very hard to see if I could find more 2D games, but there were not any new ones in the making besides the one I could find.

These may also be considered low spec PC games, but the special effects in the game look very detailed and well done. So much so that it may require a decent graphics card to perform well.
