When you initially get the console started there will be an update of about 1 GB to download and install. It takes about 15-20 minutes depending on your internet connection. Since there is no Kinect this go around, there are less initial setup menus. Once you are in you will need to do a controller updated to the Xbox One S controller. After that, you should be good to go. Overall time is about 25 - 30 minutes to get things going.
